Comments: Was a great experience, I had them come out for a quick clean a few months ago and had them come back for a deep clean after a kitchen remodel and it was definitely needed. There was a layer of dirt that was caked on and the before and after video was amazing. The airflow is so much improved and can't wait to see the improvement on air quality with allergies. I wish I would have known more about what had been done downstairs with the overall furnace. I was a bit confused with the difference between the deodorizer and sanitizer that is used, but Janet called whilst they were there to explain it to me. She also called the next day after I had called to ask if indeed the standard flow ducts were cleaned out as I only saw the cold air ones removed, so appreciated her promotion response and assurance. IF you go the Groupon route PLEASE make sure you call the company BEFORE you purchase it to make sure it is what you need, especially if you have never done this before. We had all our registers and vents cleaned, sanitized and deodorizer. Simon, found an issue with our air duct and he explained the issue and corrected it free. He did not have to do that so that speaks volumes of their quality of service.He also helped us understand how the vents and registers work so we can improve our heating and cooling efficiency. This is also a small business and not a franchise. This does not matter to some but it is something we look for. Highly recommend!

Simon came to my house, cleaned and santized the ducts showing me before and after pics along the way. he also suggested getting a uv light for $400 and a electrostatic filter to capture 95 % of all the dirt in the system once it was cleaned. he was able to break down the price of the total bill over three weeks which helped me get additional work done with termendous savings as well.
